2. How do you tune drums?
This is a controversial topic for some drummers. The issue is that there really is no set way to tune a drum set; unlike violin, guitar or even piano there is no set standard that people use. If you ask 10 different drummers how they tune drums you could get 25 different answers.   
The most important thing is that the drums sound good. But hearing this statement used to frustrate me beyond belief, so I made a video on how I do it. This concept works for me and i should mention many other professional players, but there are also many other drummers who find these idea pedantic, time consuming and somewhat pointless. In the following video I explain my methods and reasonings behind what I do, and you can make your own decisions based on that.
